Key Project Measures
- Construction of a centralized cooling system in an external ChillCon containerized plant, including a gas detection system, emergency ventilation in accordance with DIN 378, and an outdoor dry cooler.
- Installation of a turbo chiller featuring magnetically levitated compressor shafts and a cooling capacity of approximately 2 × 350 kW (Quantum technology).
- Combined use of the dry cooler as a free-cooling system, utilizing low ambient temperatures to provide cooling without mechanical refrigeration.
- Automatic switching between operating modes to optimize energy consumption and system efficiency.
- Energy-efficient pump control using variable frequency drives (VFDs).
- Conversion of the entire production cooling system from an open-loop to a closed-loop circuit, including cleaning of the complete customer-side piping network.
- Low-wear technology with minimal maintenance requirements and a centralized control system.
